Kejoo Park was born in Seoul, Korea. Already at a young age she was interested in painting and graduated from the Art Students League of New York in 1975. From 1976 to 1980 she studied painting at the Pratt Institute New York and at Cornell University Ithaca New York with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. In addition to her work as a painter, Kejoo Park is also a landscape architect. She completed her master's degree from 1981 to 1984 at Harvard University Cambridge as a student of Peter Walker - the designer of the Ground Zero Memorial in New York. Since her youth, the artist has been continuously represented in group and solo exhibitions, among others in New York (Pratt Gallery), Zurich, Koblenz (Ludwig Museum), Munich, Berlin and Frankfurt. She lives and works in Frankfurt am Main.
